“We are among those who believe in the wretched inadequacy of sermons and the sublime nature of prayer.”  Victor Hugo

Welcome to the Nine Minute Prayer Project Blog.  The privileges of being an adult are not having to do anything we don’t want to do and doing those  things that we feel are right, responsible, and loving to do.   This is why we assert ourselves to exercise one of the great freedoms granted to us by our maker; to pray.  We can pray in all times, in all places, and in all circumstances.

In the Nine Minute Prayer Project, we pray and meditate to express love and honor for the Creator, Ourselves, Others We Pray Together With, Our Families, All Others, and The Earth.  We exercise our freedom to pray because we believe to pray is the right and responsible thing to do as an exercise of our personal and shared highest level love.

This blog is our opportunity to note our personal and shared experience.  The following questions are offered to bring our experience into context through journaling.  If you are comfortable to share openly here, please do and encourage others.  If you are more comfortable journaling in private, please do that.

Love and Blessing to us all.
